What do I need to bring to my first appointment?

Please call our office at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. We’ll work with you to help you find another date that fits your schedule with our wellness clinic in Chicago.

What if I need to reschedule?

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise that are out of your control. If you miss an appointment, you will be charged $25 for all existing patients.

What is your cancellation policy?

There is plenty of available street parking on Madison, Racine and Monroe streets.

Where should I park?

Insurance & Financial

No. We do not bill insurance for any of the services we offer because most of them are not up to speed with the latest trends and technologies in the field of functional/preventive medicine. Therefore, they do not cover most preventive and/or cosmetic services.

Do you accept medical insurance?

Green Circle Wellness offers these payment options:

• Cash or credit card at time of service

• Payment plans: For major treatments, we will work with you to develop a payment plan

We will require payment at the time of service or as specified in your payment plan.

Do you require payment at the time of the visit?

Yes, we offer both short-term interest-free financing and longer-term financing with low monthly payments. We will be happy to work with you to find the best payment option for you!
